How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping and payment information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal. You can check more at the Payment methods page.

Do you provide tracking information?

No tracking is provided, but you will receive a confirmation email detailing you order. All purchases are downloadable, and not shippable.

When will you ship my order?

If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 3 working days.

What is your return policy?

No Returns or Exchanges Because our products are digital downloads, they are deemed “used” after being opened or downloaded. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once you have received the download link or file, the sale is final. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” to our inventory and can be duplicated once downloaded.

Can I cancel my order?
