Because our products are digital downloads, they are deemed “used” after being opened or downloaded. For this reason, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once you have received the download link or file, the sale is final. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned” to our inventory and can be duplicated once downloaded.
If you encounter a problem with your file (e.g., the link is broken, the file is corrupted, or it will not open), please contact us within 3 days of your purchase. We will work with you to ensure you receive a functional version of the product you paid for.
If you accidentally purchased the same digital item twice in two separate transactions, please reach out to us. We will verify the double-billing and, upon verification, issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
